Climate Change Impact Projections in Kyrgyzstan

The objective of the consultancy study is to analyse the expected effects of climate change on pasture and livestock management in Kyrgyzstan. Using models and GIS tools, the contract is expected to formulate preliminary recommendations on how to reduce climate risks for Kyrgyzstan’s livestock sector and increase the resilience of IFAD clients, namely small livestock farmers in rural and mountain communities in Kyrgyzstan.
