Advanced Climate Projection Training for Oman’s Civil Aviation Authority

The course aims to provide local authorities with the tools needed to create and manage different types of information related to climate change and extreme events, focusing mainly on the analysis of precipitation variables according to CMIP6 (IPCC). During the course, participants will be introduced to the development and understanding of downscaling techniques, allowing them to gain an overview of how to apply them in real projects in Oman.
